Our History

Established in 1992, Qinhuangdao Tongyou Potato Industry Co., Ltd. is a modern agricultural enterprise deeply rooted in the “Hometown of Chinese Sweet Potatoes” – LuLong County. We specialize in the intensive processing and whole-industry-chain operation of potato and sweet potato products. After years of dedicated development, the increasing market demand for high-quality potato staples drove us to continuously expand our production scale and enrich our product portfolio. By 2022, we had achieved a daily processing capacity of 600 tons of fresh sweet potatoes. In 2024, the company completed a significant capital increase, reinforcing our foundation for technological innovation and market expansion. We are committed to driving rural revitalization through industry, creating greater value for our partners and consumers worldwide with our focus on quality and technology.

Our Factory

Our production base is located in Xiazhai Township, LuLong County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province—a core region renowned for premium sweet potato cultivation in North China. Strategically situated with convenient logistics connecting major cities, the factory occupies a standard modern plant covering several thousand square meters. It houses advanced sweet potato centralized processing lines. Since its establishment, the factory has adhered to strict standards for cleanliness, environmental protection, and intelligent management. By implementing a “Company + Base + Farmers” model, we ensure a stable supply of high-quality raw materials. Our professional team manages every step from raw material acceptance to finished product delivery, ensuring efficient and stable production operations.

Product Application

Our product line is centered on potato and sweet potato deep processing, primarily including:

Sweet Potato Starch: High-purity starch extracted using centralized processing and large-cyclone technology, known for its stable viscosity and excellent texture.

Alum-Free Instant Vermicelli: A healthy staple made from whole sweet potato nutrition processing technology, free from alum additives, rich in dietary fiber, with a smooth and chewy texture.

(Planned) Whole Sweet Potato Nutrition Vermicelli/Convenient Staple Food: New products under development that maximize the retention of the potato’s complete nutritional profile.

Production Market

Main sales market (domestic): We have covered provinces and cities such as Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shandong, and Henan, and continue to steadily expand to more regions across the country.

International market: We have already covered South Korea and Australia, and are actively exploring overseas markets such as Northeast Asia.

Achievements: As a key enterprise in the sweet potato industry in Lulong County, the company processes tens of thousands of tons of sweet potatoes annually, effectively driving the local planting industry.
